2023 Leadership Development
IEEW is hosting its 2023 Leadership Development program from July 17-21 at Oklahoma Christian University, Oklahoma City, OK. The theme, Empowerment for All, is for all Afghan and Rwandan women. We acknowledge the need to continue building a better and more inclusive world for women, and our hope is that participants will come away from this program with the tools and knowledge they need to be successful in leading others on a path of empowerment.
This year's Leadership Development program will be both in-person and virtual, and we have a number of exciting sessions planned:
Day 1: Leadership

Day 3: Accounting, Empowerment & Leadership in Your Community, Strategy & Clarity, Human Resources

Day 4: Business Visit Tour

Day 5: Leadership Briefing, Graduation and Reception
Wednesday, July 19 | 10:30am - 12:30pm ET
In addition, we will also be hosting another Business Pitch Competition, with the chance to win a cash prize to invest into your business. This will be held Monday, July 17 from 10:15am - 12:00pm ET.
On Friday, July 21, we will wrap up Leadership Development week with a graduation ceremony and reception from 10:30am - 12:00pm. We'll honor all 2023 Leadership Development students and will distribute National Business Association and Enterprising Women awards.
