Clarisse, CEO of HeHe Limited is leading the field in mobile technology by providing faster and more convenient solutions to businesses and organizations at competitive prices. HeHe Limited was establed in 2010 after winning a $50,000 grant from Inspire Africa, a Rwandan TV entrepreneurial contest.
