Founder and CEO of Benta Consultancy, Bella Ntagugura established her business in 2012 in the Nyarugenge District of Kigali City. With over 15 years of experience as a professional in the business world, she and her team of 4 employees offer comprehensive business consultancy services to small and mid-size companies in both the private and public sector. Their focus is currently on start-up businesses but hopes to expand their clientele to more established organizations in the near future.
Bella grew up in a refugee camp in Uganda as the fifth of eleven children. Because she was fortunate to be raised by parents who valued education, she graduated from Kampala International University with a Master’s in Project Planning and Management.
Benta Consulting Ltd. offers various business services to companies who lack the knowledge of managing things both effectively and efficiently. Bella and her staff operate as a team developing business plans, marketing plans, management outlines, financial reports, and human resource outlines for their clients. They are able to look at the organization’s entire cycle of business and determine the weak areas and formulate a plan from there. “Our goal is to provide affordable and reliable services to the businesses according to their marketing needs,” says Bella.
One of Bella’s biggest hopes is to help educate and empower women in her community by stressing the importance of education in one’s life. She is very active and involved with numerous groups such as the Agaseke Promotion Project and Steering Committee, the Rwandan Bureau of Standards Technical Committee, the Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs, the East African Women in Business Platform, and the African Women Entrepreneurship Program-Rwanda Chapter.
We invite you to come meet Bella and our other 19 PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS(r) students at our International Women’s Economic Summit and Graduation July 17th in Dallas, Texas. For more information or to register for the Summit and Graduation, click here.
