Lillian Kyampaire is the owner and operator of Gifted Hands Creations, employing 60 women as weavers. Most employees are widows & orphans, previously unemployed.
Some are mothers to disabled children who need to be able to support themselves as well as their children.
While participating in Peace through Business 2008 Lillian was mentored by Lynn Sparks, a local artist and gallery owner (Los Milagros). She participated in a crafts sale organized by her mentor, analyzing American markets and hopes to partner with other PtB participants to export to the US soon.
