Today is International Day of Remembrance for Victims of Rwandan Genocide
- Twenty-one years ago nearly one million people died during the senseless Rwandan Genocide. Now they are the safest country in Africa. They are a shining example of how to overcome adversity and come out on the right side. We hope that you get a chance to hear their amazing story during the International Women’s Economic Summit and the PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS® Graduation on July 17th. You can also see Ysolde Shimwe’s and Homa Usmany’s (Afghanistan) fashions walk the runway at the Oklahoma City JEWEL Fashion Show on July 14th.
