It is my privilege to offer heartfelt thanks to the wonderful IEEW supporters, sponsors, partners, mentors, students … and many dear friends who have reached out so graciously and openly to me at this difficult time.
The loss of my beloved husband, Earl, has been tremendously difficult. If anyone wants to know what’s it like to have lived with your ‘soulmate’ for the past 39 years, please give me a call as I have so many wonderful stories and insights to share. Your kind words, phone calls, and e-mails have helped tremendously as I move through the process of living in this world without him.
We will continue Earl’s legacy here at IEEW through the Earl Neese Scholarship Fund, which has so far brought in more than $11,000. This scholarship fund is dedicated to bringing PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS® students to the United States and to serve as a reminder of his support of women all over the world. As this fund continues to grow, it will allow us expand programming and offering more for the women of Afghanistan and Rwanda – perhaps even to other developing nations.
I am truly grateful to have loved another person so completely and to have friends so rich in kindness and generosity. Thank you for keeping the Neese family and the IEEW family in your hearts.
