The countdown is on to IEEW's 2023 Leadership Development Week. Our theme this year is EMPOWERMENT FOR ALL! Seven of our top PEACE THROUGH BUSINESS (R) graduates from Afghanistan and Rwanda will participate in this life changing week long event. The PTB students from Afghanistan will be participating virtually, while the Rwanda students will be attending in person. Our host for this year is Oklahoma Christian University, Oklahoma City, OK.

This program is packed with value for the students - they get to hear from amazing speakers who provide real-world insight on a range of incredibly relevant topics. This year's topics include Leadership, Marketing, International Trade, Risk and Crisis Management, Managerial Accounting, Empowerment, Strategy, Clarity, and Human Resources. The idea is to give the students a broad understanding of what it takes to run a business successfully - not just the practical stuff, but also the leadership skills that are necessary in your community.
