2022 Leadership Development: Building Towards the Future
IEEW is hosting its 2022 Leadership Development program from July 18-22 at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. The theme, Building Towards the Future, comes after another year of challenges for so many around the world, especially Afghan women. We acknowledge the need to continue building a better and more inclusive world for women, and our hope is that participants will come away from this program with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the future while raising others up.
This year's Leadership Development program will be both in-person and virtual, and we have a number of exciting sessions planned:

In addition, we will also be hosting another Business Pitch Competition, with the chance to win a cash prize to invest into your business. This will be held Monday, July 18 from 10:15am - 12:00pm ET.
On Friday, July 22, we will wrap up Leadership Development week with a graduation ceremony. We'll honor all 2022 Leadership Development students and will distribute National Business Association and Enterprising Women awards.
